ScreenFlow Demo
ScreenFlow - Record Video From Your Mac
Did you ever want to make a video of work that you are doing on your Mac?
Perhaps you have a friend or family member who is new to the Mac and wants to know how to do something on their computer, or maybe they need to know how to set preferences in an application...well, here is the tool that will allow you to help them out.
Before you ask, no, I am not an affiliate selling the product - I just like what it does and how it does it. This program costs between $75 and $125 but is well worth the money.
ScreenFlow is simple to use. The default setting is to record the entire screen from the time you start recording until you tell the program you are finished by pressing Command-shift-2. This hotkey is only active after you start the program, but it is available to toggle the record feature on or off so you can record several short clips one after the other and “glue” them together by letting ScreenFlow add new recordings to the one you just captured a few minutes before. You can also copy and paste video from one screenflow capture to another if you desire, making this a very useful program for tutorials and video demos.
I use this tool a lot and I am always impressed with how easy it is to use. The quality of the video is excellent and I recommend it for anyone who needs to do a video of anything they do on the Mac.
